I can’t help but feel like the whole thing is an exercise in futility.  I mean, things decay, and fall apart.  This whole thing I just did was cosmetic anyway.  At my age, I don’t need cosmetic dentistry, I need my metabolism to speed back up to where it was three or four years ago.  It is like everything came to a screeching halt.

In other news, your teeth do stick around for a while after you shuffle off this mortal coil.  I guess archaeologists will say, “This guy had insurance.”
