There seems to be even more of a disconnect in America between humans than the last time I was here.
Everyone is walking around with a stupid looking bluetooth headset, talking about meaningless crap, all the while staring at their hand and tapping at it. Or at least, a device firmly embedded in it.
People are walking into things while they play Angry Birds.
I am going to write a common prayer to protect the palm gazer.

The news that I am reading today is how Apple may become the biggest company in the world, larger than Exxxon.

Apple is a toy company, while Exxon sucks oil out of the planet like a vampire and sells it back to us.

Don’t get me wrong, I am writing this on a hackintosh, a 300$ computer that i hacked to run the lovely Apple Operating System.  But is it that lovely, or is Microsoft just so bad?  So… my point is… I like their toys.

But at some point, everyone will have all their toys and won’t need anymore.  How are they going to keep us buying crap?

Right now, the utility value of apple is near zero, while exxon, unfortunately, has a death grip on our society.  (You can’t continue to sell 15 millon iphones every quarter… it is as inevitable as trying to un-burn oil)

Why are there so many websites that suck?

It just doesn’t make sense, you have a million dollar company, make the bloody thing work.

Stop using Sharepoint, stop using any Micro$oft product and let’s get these things working.

I don’t want to be entertained, or have this enabled, or that disebled.  I just want to read what I want and go away.

If I want to be entertained, I would go to Facebook…. or watch paint  dry.

It looks like things went really well.

In case you haven’t heard, there is a rally tomorrow on the mall sponsored by Jon Stewart.

Now we area ll going to die, we have determined that, but I don’t want to significantly raise the chances of shortening my life.

I was thinking about going to the rally tomorrow, but then I thought a bit harder about this insane country.

I’m not scared of Al Qaeda particularly, but the tea-party, those guys really give me the creeps.  I would be worried about one of them going crazy in the crowd tomorrow.

Nothing against Jon Stewart, he seems like a very earnest dude, but I’m not going to risk some Palin-Beck-ite losing their shit.

This is a stupid post, but I thought I would write it anyway.
I think I’ve found my calling as a perineal masseuse.

Working now, it is evident that the system is broken and is unfixable.
